LIGHT UP AGAIN

Yoga & Meditation

“Your body already knows the way.”

Yoga and meditation are a return to your truth.

A space to release what you’ve been carrying for too long.

To soften the armor, breathe deeper, and feel fully.

When the body opens, the heart follows.

And from there, everything real begins.

Yin Yoga

Slow Depth & Inner Alignment

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes, mostly seated or lying down. The intention is not to stretch harder, but to soften and stay.

  • No flexibility is required.
  • No previous yoga experience is needed.

Yin is accessible to everyone because it meets you exactly where you are.

Through long-held shapes and conscious stillness, the deeper layers of the body begin to open. Tension releases gradually. Emotions sometimes surface gently and move.

This practice invites patience, honesty, and self-trust. Instead of pushing forward, you learn to listen inward.

Over time, Yin becomes more than a physical practice. It becomes a space to reconnect with your own rhythm and realign from the inside out.

Yoga Nidra

Sacred Inner Journeys

Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep.” In reality, it is a guided meditation practiced lying down, where the body deeply rests while awareness stays gently awake.

  • You don’t need any experience.
  • You don’t need to know how to meditate.
  • You simply need to be willing to lie down and receive.

Each session is designed as an inner journey inspired by the sacred landscapes of Egypt — the silence of the desert, the stillness of ancient temples, the vastness of sea and sky.

As the body relaxes, the nervous system settles. The mind softens. Beneath the surface noise, a deeper layer of clarity and intuition becomes accessible.

This is not about effort. It is about allowing.

In that space between wakefulness and sleep, something subtle shifts. You reconnect with a quiet inner steadiness that was always there.

Sound Healing

Blended with Yoga Nidra & Meditation

Sound Healing is offered as a natural continuation of Yoga Nidra and meditation. While the body is resting and the mind is quiet, vibrations from voice, bowls, and subtle instruments help release tension and bring the nervous system into deeper balance.

In practice, we move from conscious breath, to guided inner awareness, to receptive listening. This creates one coherent journey: grounding through meditation, softening through Nidra, and integration through sound.

  • Accessible for all levels, even with no previous experience.
  • Supports emotional release, deep rest, and mental clarity.
  • Can be practiced as a full session or integrated after Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

The intention is simple: less effort, more listening — so your body, heart, and inner space can realign naturally.
